Yerushaliam!!

Climbing the stairs of the Old City walls

These walls were built by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent in the 16th Century to defend the Old City. There are 8 gates built into the walls.

Max posing as a menorah at the Mikdash Museum, where we learned a tremendous amount about the Beis Hamikdash

Dave standing in front of the Golden Menorah overlooking the Western Wall.  Based on years of extensive historical and Jewish research, this magnificient piece is the first ever to be built since the destruction of the Second Temple, thousands of years ago and hoped to be erected in the Third Temple.

Kulanu Ba'aretz arrives at the Kotel!!

Max writes a kvitel (a little note to G-d) as Dave places his hand on the wall for the very first time

Joshua at the Kotel for the first time as well

During our tour of the Western Wall Tunnels, we saw and touched the "Master Course", which are the largest building stones ever found in Israel.  This tour also allowed us to be the closest possible to the holiest section of the the Beis Hamikdash

The glass sculptures in the Sharsheret Hadorot Center (Chain of Generations) tell of different eras in the history of the Jewish people including the Father's of the nation and the twelve tribes.
